FREE SERVICE

For spine patients that have had a scan done, a free scan review service is provided.

Step 1: Please fill out the Information Request Form at:
http://www.americanspine.com/solve.html
Step 2: Have the scan report (radiology report)
faxed to 310-551-1733(the national receiving fax #)

This report will then be reviewed by a Board Certified Neurosurgeon and/or a Spine Neuroradiologist or Orthopedic Surgeon

Send your contact information with the scan report and you will then be contacted with the doctor's preliminary opinion of the report.

Step 3: Send films to the central receiving office in California or New York City.
(Please do Not send films unless we authorize you to do so)

You pay postage both ways; information regarding this process will be provided to you.

In some cases, the pertinent film views will be captured with digital photography, and provided to you as a service as well, if you wish.

You will then be contacted with the doctor's opinion of the films.
